About the Role

The service scheduler is primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of the scheduling of Aline Service maintenance, repair and breakdown work, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Timely communication with internal and external clients
  • Building sound relationships with customers and technician team.
  • Creation and management of service calls in NetSuite and NextService
  • Scheduling of operational testing service calls
  • Management of incoming phone and email requests
  • Reviewing supporting documentation relating to service calls
  • Reviewing and actioning of field service reports
  • Management of required parts for technicians
  • Proactive forecasting and planning of tasks

About You

  • Construction Induction Card.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the construction and pump industry (advantageous).
  • Demonstrated understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pumping systems and service requirements (advantageous).
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical support for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a customer services role.
  • Experience in Field Workforce Management Software (preferred)
  • Possess a high level of initiative and ownership
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask across different projects and deal with competing priorities. 
  • Solid presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Solid phone manner and communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen and professional conduct.
  • Highly developed technical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Solid relationship building, interpersonal and networking capabilities.
