Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

We are currently searching for a Senior Document Controller to join Project Ceres Team based in Perth. In this role, you will be responsible for document control deliverables and technical accuracy of project site documentation and reporting.

Your focus will include:

  • Focal point for Site Document Control activities
  • Delivery of Document Control system and process training for project stakeholders
  • Management of and advice on site controlled documentation across all project functions
  • Delivery of technically acceptable document control services for approved work to ensure the development of high levels of client satisfaction and Clough's business needs.
  • Work with technical specialists to ensure specification compliance, technical integrity of document control system and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of DC systems across the division.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 5 + years minimum relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated Document Control experience using an EDMS.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite of applications.
  • Relevant experience is defined as experience with engineering contracting or consultancy organisations in one or more of the following sectors - Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and Infrastructure / Utilities.
  • Experience in a project environment working as part of a site team highly regarded.
  • Collaborative approach, attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes!
