Our client is a leader in their field and is seeking a highly organised, self-motivated, deadline driven and customer service focused person to manage their team.

Working in the Disaster Recovery industry you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating appointments across various job sites, considering the emergency responses required
  • Rostering of employee schedules (8 - 10 staff) which can vary day to day 
  • Ensuring all jobs are run from start to finish with the  crew consistently performing to a high standard
  • Ensuring the the needs of clients, customers and business operations are met
  • Deliver and control employee training, mentoring and auditing
  • Providing admin support to Management and team
  • Communicating with management, crews and clients 
  • Assisting with recruitment of staff and performance management
  • Maintaining accurate files and records 


Requirements

You do not require previous experience in this field. The ideal candidate will come from an office, transport or service industry and be able to juggle the Team schedules to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved.

You will have:
  • Proven experience coordinating staff rosters or scheduling/allocating work orders
  • Knowledge of basic accounts principles and office management procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with staff and clients at all levels
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise work loads to ensure the best outcome for the team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Commitment to helping others and ability to work in a professional manner at all times
