Brindabella Resources, proud partner of Indigenous Shared Services Group, is looking for professional, experienced and reliable Relief & Shutdown Bus Driver Bus Driver to join Transport family across Pilbara, WA!

This is a FIFO role operating from Perth. You will be responsible for providing passenger transportation services on a mining site between camp village and operations in a safe, timely and professional manner.

About You

Successful candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bus driver with clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
  • Previous experience on a mining site
  • HR driver’s license
  • Passenger Transport Drivers Authorisation
  • Previous experience with Fortescue is desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of the team
  • Passion for delivering quality service
  • Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical
  • Safety awareness and commitment to adhering to safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and positive attitude to work
  • Full right to work in Australia

Responsibilities

  • Operate a bus and transport passengers to their destinations in a safe and timely manner.
  • Follow all traffic plans, laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained bus.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks and report any defects or issues.
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with passengers, team members and supervisors.
  • Participate in all safety activities.
