About the opportunity:
Acciona Construction is adding to our team in South Australia to deliver multiple projects both in early works phase and construction phase. We are seeking to engage with talented and passionate engineers to join our team.

As part of the Civil or Structures team you will be reporting to the Senior Project Engineer and be supported by the Construction Manager. You will assist with the planning, execution and closing of the project by providing technical, administrative, HSEQS support to the project team. A key requirement is to accurately report on how your project is running (cost, time, scope & quality) at all times requiring you to know and understand your daily costs and scope of works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the project is delivered within the allotted time and budget, while satisfying the client's needs
• Plan material, resources and systems usage for successful, cost-effective, and best-practice project completion
• Maintain documentation and systems for quality, safety, environmental considerations
• Participate in client/contractor meetings
• Financial management and cost tracking of subcontractors on larger packages of work
• Lead and mentor project teams made of up undergrads, grads, site engineers​

Experience and Capabilities we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or similar
• Experience as a Project Engineer or Equivalent
• Well-developed leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
• Construction Induction Card (White card)
