The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic Rostering and Scheduling Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is a vital part of our operations team, responsible for managing our rostering needs and optimizing staffing levels. You will play a key role in scheduling shifts, problem-solving, and ensuring seamless support for our clients and staff. This full-time position requires that employees work across a rotating 7 day roster.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer calls from staff regarding scheduling queries and concerns.
  • Reschedule and coordinate client visits based on operational needs.
  • Create and publish employee rosters within required timeframes.
  • Contact staff to fill in for unexpected absences.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage multiple tasks including calls, emails, and daily rostering duties.
  • Address challenges swiftly and accurately, maintaining high standards.

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience with rostering/scheduling systems is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a call center, is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • A proactive approach and strong initiative.
  • A professional, positive, and can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
