About the role

Our General Manager

Leads by example role modelling a small caseload of clients providing evidence based psychological services in the community.

Meets with individual team members weekly face to face to support them to achieve their full potential for themselves and their clients

Facilitates team meetings, analyses performance and compliance reports and develops action

Creates, promotes Humanity Health Group organisational values, culture and HumanityLIFE.

About You:

  • 5 plus years leadership
  • Understanding of restrictive practices
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage a large scale case load
  • Will have 5 direct reports with a team of approx. 60 staffs
  • Accredited/certified as Core or higher with the NDIS Commission.
