About the role
Modus Projects is seeking an experienced HVAC and Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Sydney, NSW. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems for a range of commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in HVAC or refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or IV
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
- Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems and components
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Hold a current driver's license
