Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Softscapes Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage an on-site team to ensure the successful execution of various landscaping projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise on-site team in the construction and installation of landscape projects.

- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.

- Manage daily on-site operations, including resource allocation, equipment handling, and safety protocols.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliant.

- Provide training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and promote a positive work environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.

- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and team performance.

- Planting, spreading mulch and install irrigation systems.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in landscaping, construction..

- Demonstrated leadership experience.

- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.

- Relevant certifications or licenses in landscaping, construction, or project management are advantageous.

- Ability to travel.
