Country Comfort Perth offers 150 guest rooms with complimentary on-site parking, swimming pool and is home to the renown, Firehouse Restaurant!
In the coming months, Country Comfort will be migrating the housekeeping services from an external contractor to an inhouse housekeeping team.

About the role
Reporting to The Hotel Manager, The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the operation of the hotel’s fully internal Housekeeping Department. The successful individual will work closely with all department heads, particularly Front Office and Maintenance, to deliver great guest experiences.
The Executive Housekeeper role is critical to the overall success of our hotel, as such, we’re looking for someone who is:

Works hands on with their team to achieve exceptional results. You will have the flexibility and freedom to nurture our internal housekeeping team!
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Conduct daily quality checks & inspections of guest rooms
Conduct daily quality checks public areas (Including restaurant, lounge, reception and conferencing areas) to ensure standards of cleaning are maintained.
Order, distribute and maintain stock levels of linen, chemicals, guest supplies
Control cost-effective Rooms / Housekeeping budget within measurable targets
Manage Supervisor & Room Attendant productivity Recruitment of Housekeeping
Manage suppliers / contractors as required
Responsible for the proper handling of Lost and Found
Implement & maintain ESG programs within Housekeeping department (Environmental & Social Governance)
Coach, develop & train team members
Manage any performance issues within team

• Confident to drive hotel shuttle bus (automatic) for guest airport transfers with relevant WA Drivers License.
