To support our continuing growth, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Contract Manager with a HVAC background, to join our Commercial Service team based in our Clayton office.
In this new role you'll be responsible for managing contracts across a portfolio of diverse and complex clients and services.
Partnering with the Account Managers to exchange relevant information, you'll work together to ensure quality and consistent contract service delivery.
You responsibilities will include:
- Developing commercial strategies in line with company goals;
- Managing contracts, scoping, negotiations, preparing tenders, expressions of interest, contract departures and implementing service contracts;
- Managing and administering service contracts, monitoring service, leading dispute resolutions and coordinating contract variations as they arise;
- Identifying, monitoring, and managing risks & issues, ensuring mitigation plans are implemented and delivered;
- Undertaking commercial reporting and periodical client reviews to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and delivery expectations;
- Developing productive working relationships with clients, key contract and commercial personnel to ensure the business is appropriately informed;
- Ensuring all clients and suppliers are engaged under formal instruments of agreement:
- Continuous improvement of the contracts management framework
- Driving positive commercial outcomes by using excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
About You:

To succeed in this role youโll have:
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, facility management or a related discipline;
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment to customer service principles and be willing to go the โextra mileโ for your clients;
- Negotiation skills and relationship management skills
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement to deliver optimal commercial outcomes;
- Be a practical thinker with the ability to think outside the box to identify solutions;
- Have a good understanding of business finance principles;
- Have well-rounded written and verbal communication skills;
- Be a self-starter, demonstrating energy and drive for success
