Commercial Cleaners - Sydney Metro

Vivid Property Services is a national cleaning company looking to recruit experienced, reliable and self-motivated Commercial Cleaners for our Government sites in Sydney.

This position is suitable for an individual who can prioritise their time efficiently and consistently provide a high-quality cleaning service. This person will be rostered on for 38 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be working as a relief cleaner covering general cleaning in various sites in the Sydney metro area. The position will be for a start of ASAP.

PLEASE NOTE - MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN - IDEALLY HAS ABILITY TO OBTAIN BASELINE & NV1 CLEARANCE TO WORK IN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ENVIRONMENTS

Locations:

• RAAF Richmond x 2
• HMAS Kuttabul (Garden Island) x 1
• Singleton x 1
• HMAS Watson x 1

Duties include:

• General office cleaning, toilet cleaning, vacuuming, moping, glass cleaning and dusting
• Undertaking daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and other duties as required.
• Maintaining cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Strong focus on safety and ensuring compliance with WH&S policies and procedures
• On the job training will be provided, however previous cleaning experience is required.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Clean Police check (last 5 years).
• Smartphone
• You will have a strong work ethic, high standards and a professional attitude with an excellent eye for detail.
• Positive attitude towards safety and workplace well-being.
• Ability to prioritise tasks.
• Willingness to apply for baseline clearances.
• Driving license and vehicle.
• Available Monday to Friday – daytime shifts
