Carpenter/Foreman Lead
Job Description:
Nexus 5 Group is seeking a Carpenter / Foreman Lead for an on-going project. Employee must have skills in general carpentry which includes siding, roofing, flooring, wood rot and general repairs with some knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Must be able to manage manpower and crew’s daily work, documentation and safety protocols for the crew.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation for each job
- Managing manpower for the crew
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Coordinating projects with client
- Working with the crew with tools on
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of General Carpentry
- 5+ years as Foreman / Lead
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
