Are you an experienced AV Field Technician looking for your next challenging career opportunity? We currently have multiple full-time positions available to join our growing AV team in Canberra.

All applicants must be Australian citizens and have the ability to obtain an Australian Government Security clearance (NV1) in order for applications to be considered.

Position Overview

Working with our growing AV team and contribute to the successful delivery of various AV projects including:

• Installs, terminates and tests Audio Visual equipment, cabling and supporting infrastructure.

• Understanding plans, system diagrams, schematics and rack layouts.

• Building and wiring equipment racks.

• Troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and coordination of equipment repairs/warranty.

• Other duties within the employee’s skill, competence, and training to support the overall business.

• Assist in the provision of the on-the-job training for other Field Technicians and Trainees.

Qualifications/Experience

• Similar demonstrated experience in a commercial organisation

• Training and certifications with leading AV manufacturers (desirable)

• Certificate III or IV in Telecommunications Technology (desirable)

• Current Australian Drivers Licence

• Construction industry white card, Asbestos Awareness, Work Safely with Asbestos Containing Materials and Silica Awareness tickets - mandatory

• NV1 Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one as required

• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products.
