GateSource HR Mining and Metals division is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. With a focus on the North American market, we are dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with our clients in the ever-evolving mining and metals sector.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and recruiting mining professionals for key management and leadership positions within the mining and metals industry. The role also entails client-facing interactions, business development activities, client portfolio development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Leverage sales strategies and techniques to engage with companies, identify recruitment needs and challenges to be converted in commercial opportunities.
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize your expertise to source, attract, and engage top-tier talent within the Mining and Metals sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the industry, understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements and cultural fit.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a successful outcome for all parties.
