The Duratec Group of companies are experiencing rapid growth, and we're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead this growth in South Australia. You'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing complex projects, and fostering a culture of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIESĀ 

Responsible for executing a growth strategy focused on remediation projects based on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with the State Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
  • Lead bid preparation and submission processes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

ABOUT YOU

You're a seasoned operations leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Your strong technical background, coupled with your strategic thinking and leadership skills, make you the ideal candidate for this role.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in operations or business development within the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and complex portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
