In this role, you’ll:

  • Work on a variety of equipment and plant systems, keeping things interesting every day.
  • Support breakdowns and participate in shutdowns, with opportunities to step up into leadership roles.
  • Perform high-quality maintenance and long-term repairs that align with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot faults and carry out diagnostic and maintenance work according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Use engineering drawings and OEM manuals to guide your work.
  • Manage contractor supervision and inductions during service visits.
  • Leverage SAP systems to document and complete maintenance activities efficiently.
  • Stay agile by working within our on-demand system, adjusting priorities as needed.

We’re looking for candidates with:

  • A relevant Mechanical trade qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.
  • The ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
