The Position:

Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Coordinator and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is perfect for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you’ll assist with food ordering, budgeting, pricing, and support services, contributing to the centralisation and optimisation of processes. Your support will play a critical role in helping our team enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and deliver cost-effective solutions.

The Role:

  • Food Ordering: Manage the central food ordering process for our remote sector, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Budget Administration: Provide administrative support for food budgets, including tracking expenses and assisting in forecasting
  • Support Services Coordination: Work closely with teams to ensure sites have the supplies and resources they need for seamless operations
  • Pricing Analysis: Maintain spreadsheets to track pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective support
  • General Administration Support: Provide assistance with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the logistics function

The Person :

  •  Experienced in efficient ordering and procurement processes (preferred not essential)
  •  Proficient in spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Suite
  •  Excellent organisational and time management skills
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  •  Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
