Role Description:
Today our team is seeking a talented individual to join in a full-time permanent role as a Foreman - Fit Ups and Renovations. They will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of building renovations, upgrades, and maintenance projects across multiple properties. This role requires a leader with strong project management skills who can coordinate teams, handle budgets, and ensure all renovations and upgrades are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, building maintenance, and experience in high-rise and multi-unit residential. In addition to the duties typically expected of a professional in this type of role, we are seeking a passionate and experienced maintenance / renovation professional with a focus on excellence, attention to detail, and a genuine care for the residents and communities we serve.

The ideal candidate is not only experienced in residential construction and maintenance, but also takes pride in their work and understands the importance of improving living spaces for the well-being of residents. This includes a strong commitment to craftsmanship, care, and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
Most importantly, we are a small yet mighty team. This is a roll up your sleeves, help where you are needed kind of role. We are looking for a new team member who will be a culture builder, someone who will lean in to help us build an engaged and positive work environment, and someone who will support our success when and as needed, as our team will do for you when you need it.
We are an on-site crew 5 days a week. We sometimes work late to make sure we meet our deliverables, so the ability to work flexible and irregular hours is required.
