Experienced Production Operator 

We are looking for skilled production team members who have existing people leaderships skills and want to grow a career with a global company. 

Right now, we need team members who have a passion for production but also mentoring and coaching peers. We are planning for the future and need aspiring leaders to join us and with the support of the local production management and HR you can take your career upwards. Agricultural chemical production might be new to you, but your desire to learn and grow yourself and others around you will see you step up into informal leadership and later supervisory positions as they arise. 
 

We still need to get the day-to-day production work completed, as our manufacturing site is at the heart of our business and supply chain so key responsibilities will also include: 

• Inputting raw materials and setting up and operating production and packing line machinery 
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintain a clean, safe working environment 
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with engineering, maintenance and the QC laboratory
   

To be successful, you will have the following:   

• Ideally you will come from a chemical or FMCG manufacturing background 
• Ability to inspire and lead others, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

We care for our employees and understand our work can involve standing for long period of time on the production floor and being around machinery so require all employees to attend a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test which is paid for and organised by Bayer.
