About this opportunity

We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team at Brendale. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for the maintenance of all electrical site equipment as well as well achieving targeted levels of availability through planned preventative, corrective and reactive electrical maintenance where required.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

·       Safety control, with an understanding of Australian Safety Standards

·       Plastic blow moulding machines and Injection moulding machines

·       Automated robot cells and Automated bagging machines

·       Electrical control of pneumatic and hydraulic systems

·       Site services, compressors, and chillers

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

·         A class Electrical Fitter / Mechanic

·         Industrial experience

·         PLC programming (not essential)

·         Safety system standards

·         Robot coding experience (not essential)
