How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

In this role, you will ensure document management consistency across allocated projects and maintain control & traceability of the documentation from project initiation through to completion. Based in Perth, you will be a vital & integral part of our project teams, plus providing project support to the wider business and working across all disciplines within Aurecon.

  • Implement and maintain document control processes & procedures.

  • Develop & maintain the Document Management System. 

  • Manage all document flow, whether it is physical or digital.

  • Ensure all drawings/documents are correctly identified, distributed, and filed/stored. 

  • Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and relevant third parties to agree standards, systems, efficient flow of documentation, handover, and close-out of project activity to ensure consistency in document control. 

  • Establish & maintain the Master Document Register in cooperation with the project team.

  • Collate, produce, and submit QA (Quality Assurance) documentation for clients.

What are we looking for from you?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.

Bring with you your knowledge and experience in these areas, where:

  •  You will have worked in a similar role for several years and will bring an analytical mindset and the ability to innovate and solve problems.

  • Have experience of utilising Projectwise, Aconex, QDMS, SharePoint, Teambinder (or equivalent) ideally from previous experience in the Engineering / Construction industry.

  • You are an expert at managing your own time and the time of others, setting priorities, planning, and organising.

  • You are an intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Proactively involved in developing and maintaining good document control practices and processes.
